The architect Agustín Centelles, who was born in Zaragoza on 12th October 1957, obtained the title of Architect at the University of Navarra in 1981. He got a Master of Arts postgraduate degree in Urban Design (MA) at Oxford Polytechnic (England) in 1983, and is the coordinator and director of the team of Architecture and Town Planning professionals of Centelles y Asociados.
